High Ropes Courses are in telephone poles or trees connected by aircraft cables and cross beams to create a trust enhancing, confidence building, and empowering team experience. Camaraderie, mutual respect and recognition of the diversity of strengths that each brings to the team can be developed amongst the group as they encourage and help each other through the various high activities. The final discussion extends the successes earned during the training back to daily life and the workplace to be applied. A high ropes course experience has the potential to increase productivity, smooth office conflict, and create strong supportive dynamic work teams. Journeys in Excellence utilizes many different ropes courses within New Mexico and throughout the United States.
