Low Ropes and Problem Solving Initiatives

Ground level problem solving activities are cooperative and experiential in nature and can be very powerful in bringing a group together to work smoothly and effectively. The reflection process after each activity encourages the transfer of new concepts back to real life in the workplace and the community.  Issues of trust, communication, problem solving, and acknowledgement of the diverse strengths within the team become metaphors for how highly successful the workplace can actually be.

Journeys in Excellence has over 100 low ropes problem solving initiatives.  The low units are mobile so we can easily travel to the site of your choice to conduct trainings, nationally and internationally.
